01 Who controls the data

02 What we collect

The contact form collects only what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you are asking about and your message.

No field asks for health information. Please do not put diagnoses, findings or other health details into the message. We discuss those at the examination or by phone.

To limit spam, the server briefly keeps a one-way hash of your IP address so it can cap how many messages come from one source. That record is not linked to the content of your message.

03 Why we collect it and on what basis

We use the details only to answer your enquiry and, if you want, to arrange an appointment. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacted us.

We do not use the details for marketing messages, we do not build user profiles and we make no automated decisions.

04 Who else sees it

Messages from the site arrive in our email. We do not sell your details and do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

The data is technically processed by the providers that run our site and mail (our hosting provider, and Cloudflare as a content delivery and abuse protection network). They access it only as far as providing that service requires.

05 How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards, at most two years, unless a patient relationship creates a retention duty under other rules.

The anti-spam record is deleted within hours.

Clinical records created after an examination are kept separately from the website and under the rules governing medical records.

06 Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of anything inaccurate, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing.

Send requests to office (at) drorjen (dot) com. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you may complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia. Visitors in the EU may also contact their national supervisory authority.

07 Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the mailbox is password protected and limited to the people in the practice who need it.

08 Changes

If the way we handle data changes, this page changes and the date below is updated.
